General Description
:
This was an experience of a lifetime. My family and i stayed at this hotel and it was not a pleasing experience. We had food at the restaraunt and service was horrible. The initial waiter came to service us and then he disappeared. When we saw him again he was pointing to our table telling the other waitress to bring beverages over to us. She bypassed our table numerous times to wait on other tables and never attempt edto assist us. The food was not costa rican. The native persons would not dare to eat there. When we got to our room to take a shower the hot water did not work. When we turned on the water, it was brown. There were bugs flying in the bathroom and worms crawling on the tile floor. That was the same with the air condition. When we turned it on sounded like a harley davidson rumbling that needed a tune up.
