This special beach and golf community is located in the guanacaste region of costa rica with 930 hectares surrounding one of the most lovely beaches in the country. It is home to amazing ocean view properties, a par 71 championship golf course designed by robert trent jones ii, a showy bluish water and whitish sand beach and protected mangroves. Each opulent condo features spanish colonial architecture, showy ocean and/or golf course views, eco-friendly systems and plenteous balconies and terraces designed to make the most of this memorable experience. Resort amenities also include golf, hot tub, and childrens activities. The deluxe one-bedroom/one-bath condo holds a most of two persons with one king-bed. The studio condo with two- bedrooms/two-baths, the three-bedroom/two-bath two-level penthouse, and the three- bedroom/three-bath condo each holds a most of six persons and utilizes one king- bed, one queen-bed, and two twin-beds. The two-bedroom/two-bath condo holds a most of four persons and unit bedding includes one king-bed and two twin-beds. The studio condo with three-bedroom studio condo/four baths and the deluxe studio condo with three-bedrooms/four-bath each holds a most of eight persons and utilize one king-bed, one queen-bed, two twin-beds, and one sleeper-sofa. Room amenities include in-room internet access, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, dvd, and a full kitchen total with dishes and utensils.
